Surrelism
Journal Entry: Wed Apr 18, 2007, 7:49 PM
Okay, so I'm taking new art classes, specifially Drawing. Well even though I've only turned in aout half of the assigned homework (sketchbooks) I love the class. So absolutley simple. So much better than the other art classes I have taken, we pretty much get assigned a project and go at it.
Less lecturing => more time to just draw. Uber amazment!!!
We just finished cubism when I got to work with colored pencial and oil pastel. (Yay!)
Now we're into surrealism, which I've had some difficulting figure what I want to specifically draw, but now I'm on to the coloring stages and it's turning out pretty well. Not nearly as good as how I think I did on the cubism but still good.
And! I get to keep working with my beloved colored pencil/oil pastel!
Hope to post them once they're finally given back to me.

Angels slid in and out of the water like ribbons, gracing our thoughts with the promise of dawn, striking like matches with the edge of the ocean and clashing chords against the inside of the world's wooden heart.
